Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. This gentle form of yoga is also suitable for women in the first trimester of pregnancy.


“Vinyasa” means “breath synchronized movement”. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing, almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow. Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. Vinyasa flow is a great way to start with yoga!

It is a dynamic form of yoga based on the classical Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body, revealing brighter skin. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body.
